The Scriptures
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, inerrant, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for faith, doctrine, Christian living, and the ordering of Christ’s Church.
The Triune God
We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are equal in divine nature, power, and glory.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return personally and visibly to establish His Kingdom.
The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates those who place their faith in Christ, indwells every believer, empowers Christian living, equips believers for ministry, and produces spiritual fruit in the lives of God's people.
Humanity and Sin
We believe that all people are created in the image of God and therefore possess inherent dignity and value. Because of humanity's rebellion against God, all people are sinners by nature and by choice and are separated from God apart from His saving grace.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift of God's grace received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It cannot be earned through human effort, religious observance, or good works. Through faith in Christ, believers are forgiven, reconciled to God, adopted into His family, and granted eternal life.
The Church
We believe that the Church consists of all who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. The local church exists to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, develop disciples, encourage believers, and serve the world in Christ's name.
Baptism and the Lord's Supper
We believe that baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances given by Jesus Christ to His Church. Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Christ, and the Lord's Supper is a continuing remembrance of Christ's sacrificial death and anticipated return.
Christian Living
We believe that believers are called to love God wholeheartedly, love their neighbors sacrificially, pursue holiness, serve others, and participate in the mission of making disciples of all nations.
The Return of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly. He will judge the living and the dead and bring His Kingdom to its perfect fulfillment.
Eternal Destiny
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people. Those who have trusted in Jesus Christ will enjoy eternal fellowship with God, and those who reject Him will experience eternal separation from Him.
The Mission of the Church
We believe that every believer is called to participate in God's mission by making disciples, serving others, sharing the Gospel, and using their gifts for the advancement of God's Kingdom.
